Each step of the way, we strive to bring the most effective and safe drugs to patients. We develop novel protein therapeutics in the areas of viral infection, cancer, inflammatory diseases and surgical bleeding.
Currently, ZymoGenetics is conducting the following clinical trials for product candidates:
IL-21 in Cancer
- A Phase 2b study of recombinant IL-21 for first line treatment of patients with metastatic melanoma in conjunction with the NCIC Clinical Trials Group in Canada.
- A Phase 2b study of PEG-IFN lambda in combination with ribavirin to assess antiviral activity in treatment-naive patients with chronic HCV.
